What does virtual support look like? Typical doula support is done face-to-face, but virtual doula services are all done via facetime or Zoom. This allows you to have a birth professional available to answer your questions and provide emotional support to you throughout pregnancy and birth without being physically present. The advantage is that you do not have to be local!
